Please be sure to tell us if you are in a gated community and make sure we have an access code.

If you have entertainment booked for start times during your event and your gate is a call to your phone you must make sure you can hear it during your party. We've had entertainers sitting at the gate only to find out later that no one could hear the phone over the guests and music!

If you have a guard gate; be sure to leave our name with the guard, also let them know there could be multiple vehicles/staff for setup or teardown. Also if you have something over night, please be sure we are on the next day schedule as well.
Backyard Bounce AZ understands that sometimes unforeseen problems cause your party to be rescheduled and we will do our best to accommodate any schedule changes that arise. Your deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel your order at least 7 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-6 days prior to your rental date, you will be given your full deposit credit that is good for 1 year on any available units at that time. Please see our weather policy for weather related issues.


Yes, we require a deposit of $50 for anything under $400 and 20% deposit for anything over $400 at the time of your reservation. As mentioned in the refund section, the deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel your event at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event. If you cancel at least 2 days prior to your scheduled event, the deposit is applied towards a credit good for one year from the date of your cancelation.
